Cancellation and Refund Policy - SAMAYAM APP

Section Details
Order Cancellation - Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
- To cancel, contact our support team via email or phone with your Order ID.
Refund Eligibility Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
- An incorrect product is delivered.
- The product qualifies under our return policy.
Note: Perishable items are non-refundable unless damaged or expired on delivery.
Refund Process - Initiate your refund request by contacting support@samayamapp.com or calling 94423 11997.
- Provide order details and evidence (photos if applicable).
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer after details are collected.
Non-Refundable Items - Perishable goods (e.g., fresh foods) unless they are delivered spoiled or damaged.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Customized or special-order items.
